GamificaPampa
Gamification and AI for K-12 teachers. I build the games that introduce programming to kids aged 6 to 14 and the workshop that teaches teachers to create their own materials with AI.

The idea
GamificaPampa brings together outreach projects from UNIPAMPA's Alegrete campus that take gamification and artificial intelligence to K-12 teachers, in partnership with public schools in Alegrete, Brazil, through two projects: Educador 5.0, on AI, and GamificaEdu, on gamification. The site treats teacher training as a game: teachers go through three levels, Discover, Create and Apply, until they have a gamified lesson ready for their class.
My part is the teaching resources, the things that end up in the hands of teachers and kids. In the games, kids build command sequences, hunt bugs, pair program and find out how an app talks to a server and a database. For teachers, the Prompt Workshop shows how to use Gemini to create activities, stories and even games for their own classes, with no programming required.

QR codes for the class
The class menu has a short address to write on the board, gamificapampa.github.io/turma, and a big QR code to project. Resources have a Share button that sends the link through WhatsApp or Google Classroom.
-
Ready to print
The lesson plan, activity sheets, level maps and certificates come out as A4 PDFs, generated from the pages themselves.
-
No sign-up
No game asks for a login, and the site collects no data from the kids. Just open and play, on a phone, a tablet or the projector.
-
Accessible
Checked color contrast, zoom allowed and larger touch targets in the faster games.
From a personal project to the organization
The games and the Workshop started in a repository of mine, on my own GitHub. When they became part of GamificaPampa, they moved to the GamificaPampa organization on GitHub, each piece in the right repository: what teachers and kids use stayed public in recursos-pedagogicos, and the kit for whoever runs the training went to a private team repository.
The most important rule of the move was not to break a single address. There were already QR codes printed on booths, slides, posters and invitations, and links sent over WhatsApp and Classroom. So every old address got a new destination in a table, a script checks all of them, and the old site becomes a bridge that sends each link to the right place. The move happens through pull requests, one phase at a time, and each phase only starts once the previous one is live.
A look inside

In schools and at events
On October 14, 2026, GamificaPampa was presented in two places: to the teachers and school leadership of the Tancredo Neves school in Alegrete, and to the Diálogos do Pampa research group at UNIPAMPA's São Borja campus, in the talk "AI in Education". In both, the games and the Prompt Workshop are shown as what the hub already has live.
My role
I built the games, the class materials and the Prompt Workshop, and I'm preparing their move to the organization. The Robot gets the star game is by Paulo Severo, and the other games follow the same style. The hub and its outreach projects are coordinated by professors Paulo Silas Severo de Souza and Silvio Ereno Quincozes.
GamificaPampa is still in progress: new games and materials keep landing, and the existing ones keep getting better, like the Workshop, updated when Gemini's interface changed.
